賣未上市櫃股票 只能核實課稅

陳太太問：證所稅已上路，但我已持有未上市櫃股票許多年，去年也沒有向證券商申請「核實課稅制」。未來若出售未上市櫃股票時，是否可以自動適用「設算所得制」（等台股指數超過8500點時才課稅）？...
