點光明燈報稅扣抵？ 收據類型有差

【聯合報／記者林政忠／台北報導】

點光明燈也有「報稅小撇步」。民眾點完光明燈後，寺廟若開出「光明燈收據」，因屬「提供勞務的對價」，納稅人報稅時不得扣抵；寺廟若比照捐贈香油錢開出一般收據，納稅人報稅時就可申報捐贈列舉扣除額。
