汽車險 明年改為收費出單

消費者注意了，明年5月起，投保汽車險習慣要改了。台灣產險業傳統都是先出保險單再收保險費；明年5月起，買車險保單要改成「收費才出單」，產險公司收到錢後，才會簽發保單給客戶。
