央行緊盯 人民幣高利定存改採「議價」方式

國銀國際金融業務分行（OBU）競相以高利吸收人民幣，在中央銀行這兩天一一去電關切下，出現嚇阻效果，各銀行紛紛將原本優惠利率改為「議價」，高利存款近期恐不復見。
