銀聯卡在台刷卡提現 今年衝800億

金管會3年多前開放銀聯卡可在台刷卡，2年多年開放可以在台提現，隨著陸客來台人數增加，刷卡與提現金額三級跳，估計兩者合計，今年全年刷卡提現金額上看800億元。
