國內金融卡 未來赴陸也能用

金管會研議推動「一卡兩岸通」，第一階段先開放國內銀行的金融卡到大陸提領現金、消費；第二階段將結合悠遊卡、轉帳卡等功能，讓國人持有的金融卡不但可以在台灣搭捷運，也可以到大陸各地提領現金跟刷卡消費。...
