利用智慧手機電子錢包小額付費，在日本、韓國等地行之有年，甚至有些地區連販賣機都能用。台灣要跟上科技潮流，手機廠商認為難度不在於技術，而是NCC、金管會與電信業者如何制定出統一的解決方案。
