台幣看升 央行設29元防線

2013年匯市開紅盤，匯銀主管預估，在資金持續匯入下，新台幣兌美元匯率升值的機會高，將挑戰29元整數關卡，不過，就算升值，央行也不會讓匯價輕易闖破29元大關。
