酒測超標肇事 保險拒賠

今天起酒測標準調整，無照、新手和職業駕駛等三種用路人的酒測酒精濃度，從○點二五毫克，下調至○點一五毫克；保險公司也提醒，若酒測超標導致意外傷害，保險公司將拒絕理賠。
