央行緊釘人民幣業務 避免打亂行情

國內的外匯指定銀行（DBU）承作人民幣業務即將開跑，為避免銀行高利搶人民幣資金，金管會與中央銀行將聯手緊釘，一旦有銀行利率異於市場行情，有礙健全經營時，將依法糾正或限制業務。
