證所稅 雙國籍、美籍人士也要繳

資誠聯合會計師事務所稅務法服務會計師邱文敏表示，台灣明年1月起將落實開徵證所稅，以後擁有台美雙重國籍和美籍人士，只要進行台股的買賣交易時，都必須繳納證所稅。
