綜所稅 扶養其他親屬限制放寬

明年綜合所得稅申報扶養釋利多。立法院昨天三讀通過所得稅法第十七條修正案，納稅人未來申報扶養廿歲至六十歲的「其他親屬」，只要能證明在校就學或無謀生能力，即可扣減每人八萬二千元的免稅額。
