悠遊金融卡 不在存保範圍

銀行主管指出，民眾存在銀行的存款或存款利息，可獲存款保障；不過，明年初問世的悠遊金融卡，卡片的存款帳戶加值後，存款保障的金額就得扣除悠遊卡儲值的額度。
