外幣存款利率逾2% 只剩南非幣、澳幣

受歐債危機衝擊，全球吹降息風。外幣投資專家說，在各主要貨幣中，目前利率唯一超過3%的貨幣只剩下南非幣，1個月定存利率達3.2%，是台幣定存利率1倍以上，吸引外幣投資人青睞。
