二代健保補充保費引爆「拆單潮」，銀行公會理事長、台灣金控董事長劉燈城昨天表示，補充保費扣費下限訂為五千元，全國八百十一萬筆存款將受到影響；最後可能超過四百萬筆存款要求拆單。
