國小哪裡畢業？ 辦卡防偽冒必填

還記得畢業的國小校名嗎？現在要申請信用卡，這一題已成「必答題」。現有近10家發卡銀行都要求要持卡人在辦卡時，必填自己畢業的國小名稱，用意就是要防堵信用卡偽冒申請件。
