台幣上下震盪 守住29.2底線

美國推出「QE3（第三波量化寬鬆政策）」，熱錢來勢洶洶，新台幣兌美元匯率昨天升值七分，以廿九點三九九收市，創近四個月新高；匯銀人士預期，中央銀行底線在「廿九點二」，新台幣短線升值空間有限。
