景氣衰退影響民眾刷卡意願，信用卡業者預估今年第三季整體信用卡市場的刷卡規模，將呈現萎縮，且民眾觀光旅遊也由海外改為國內旅遊，部分金融機構加碼海外旅遊的促銷活動，拉抬出國刷卡的買氣。
