實價登錄後 雙北、台中、台南8月買賣移轉月減逾2成

5都之中除了高雄市以外，各都會區8月份的買賣移轉棟數資料出爐，受到房市交易趨於平緩，加上不少買賣都趕在實價登錄前完成交易程序，導致8月份的買賣移轉數據，較7月份出現明顯下滑，其中台北、新北、台中市與台南市，減少幅度都在2成以上。
