刷卡手續費利率 貨比三家

以信用卡支付日常生活各種費用，已十分普及，且好處多多。不過，銀行仍建議消費者，除善加控管財務外，刷卡時也要注意收取手續費、利率高低，以免相關費用過高，反倒提高成本。
