股市冷颼颼 資金湧入存款避風港

台股大跌，投資人信心潰堤，大量資金再度湧入存款避風港。多家銀行本季祭出高利率存款專案，吸收市場資金，台幣定存年利率最高可達1.55%。銀行估計，這波專案預計可吸納市場約百億游資。
