悠遊金融卡 可望明年發行

悠遊聯名卡（信用卡）發行多年，但市面上迄今沒有「悠遊金融卡」。銀行業者昨天透露，首張悠遊金融卡可望在明年2月發行，由於金融卡不具有離線加值的功能，適合學生族群申辦。
