個資外洩險 推2億大保單

新版「個人資料保護法」預計10月上路，將加重洩露個人資料的刑責及罰金，擁有最多個人資料的「高風險」行業，擔心不慎洩露客戶資料受罰，產險業將針對這些行業打造最高2億元保額的保單，轉嫁風險。
