銀行主管表示，兩岸簽署貨幣清算協議後，國銀就能開辦人民幣存款和貿易結算等業務，在境內開辦人民幣存款，讓國內民眾有機會賺取人民幣升值匯差，為金融機構、貿易廠商和小老百姓創造「三贏」局面。
